Every swap you make in PENGY earns Fish. Fish move you up the colony — eleven tiers, from Hatchling to Emperor — and every tier cuts the fee on every trade you make from then on. The base fee is 0.75%. At the top, it's 0.080%.
Two ways, both of them simple. Fish are counted from real activity on-chain — never self-reported, never bought.
Every dollar of swap volume routed through PENGY earns one Fish. Counted from the on-chain fee your swap pays, so it can't be gamed.
Invite someone with your code. When they activate their vault, you get 500 Fish and they get 250 — then you keep earning 10% of their trading Fish, for as long as they trade.
Cross a threshold and the new fee is live on your very next swap. Nothing to claim, nothing to activate.
Fish are cumulative — they add up over your whole history with PENGY, and the discount applies to every swap you make at that tier.
Fees are charged in basis points, so each tier's fee is the discount rounded to the nearest whole point — always in the direction shown here. Referral Fish count toward your tier up to Chinstrap. Above that, only trading Fish move you up — a discount on fees is earned by paying fees.
Fish are credited from the fee your swap pays on-chain. If a swap didn't pay a PENGY fee, it doesn't earn Fish — that includes transfers, deposits, and trades made outside the wallet.
Fish are tied to your wallet. They aren't transferable, and there's no migration between wallets at launch.
The first four tiers — Hatchling through Adélie — are yours permanently once reached.
From Chinstrap up, keep your tier by earning 1% of its threshold in trading Fish every 90 days. Miss it and you move down exactly one tier, never lower than Adélie, and you're back the moment you earn it again.
Fish are a loyalty measure, not an asset. They have no cash value, can't be bought, sold, or transferred, and confer one thing only: a discount on your PENGY trading fees.
Fish are not a token and carry no promise of one, no airdrop, and no future distribution of any kind.
PENGY may adjust tier thresholds, discounts, referral rewards, or these rules — including ending the programme — at any time, with notice on this page. Changes are not retroactive to fees already paid. Fish earned through abuse of the programme, including self-referral or wash trading, may be removed and the wallet excluded.
Base swap fee is 0.75%. The fee shown in the app before you sign is always the fee you pay.
